Richard isn't just a plumber, he's your neighbor.
Born and raised in La Puente, Richard grew up watching this community take care of its own. That's the standard he holds himself to every time he shows up to a job. He knows these streets, these homes, and the kind of people who live in them, hardworking families who don't have time for the runaround and want details straight to the point.
He got into plumbing because it's honest work. You show up, you fix the problem, you leave the place better than you found it. That's it. No mystery, no games, no invoice full of surprises at the end.
